“March 2017: Heaviest I’ve ever been, member of a commercial gym, no structure, no motivation, no nutritional plan, no time to train as a new dad.

January 2018: 5% body fat lost, nearly 2 stone lighter, 100% motivation, structure in place daily, nutrition is much better but still trying as it takes time to break habits of a lifetime, smashing PB’s harder than a pornstar, naturally happier day to day, setting goals and moving forward. Hitting 4-5 sessions per week, every week!
