What equipment will I need to complete the Strength Squad program?

You need access to a barbell, some dumbbells, a bench and a squat rack to complete the Strength Squad program.
 

Can I do the program in a commercial gym like Pure Gym or Total Fitness? 
Yes absolutely, almost every commercial gym has all the equipment you need to complete the Strength Squad program. And if there is something your gym is missing we'll simply give you an alternative exercise to do.
 
Can I see an example of what the Strength Squad sessions look like?
1. Bench Press: 5 sets of 4-6 reps with 2 mins rest between sets
2. Close Grip Bench Press: 1 set of MAX reps with 55% of weight used on last set of bench press
3. Squat: 5 sets of 7-9 reps with 60-90 seconds rest between sets
4. Romanian Deadlift: 5 sets of 7-9 reps with 60-90 seconds rest between sets

5. DB Row: 5 sets of 7-9 reps with 60-90 seconds rest between sets
6a. Plank: 2 sets of 60 seconds
6b. DB Single Arm Shrug: 2 sets of 12-15 reps

 

Is there a minimum time commitment for the Squad program?

There is a minimum 90 day commitment. After the initial 90 days you will automatically roll into the next cycle of Strength Squad programming - if you wish to cancel after the minimum 90 days please email us on info@steelhabitat.co.uk to ensure you are not charged for further months.
 

Who is the Strength Squad program for and what is it all about?
The Strength Squad program is for anyone who wants to get stronger, leaner, fitter, build muscle and develop an athletic looking body that'll look awesome on the beach. The program centres around powerlifting/bodybuilding methods and a flexible approach to nutrition - then of course, you're guided through the process by your very own personal coach.
 
Can you explain how the Strength Squad program works?
The program works by combining the absolute best training and nutrition methods for building a strong, lean, athletic body into one online coaching program. You can get access to that for just £9 per week.
 
If I want to cancel after the initial 90 day commitment how do I do that?

What happens after I've signed up and become a Strength Squad Member?

Once you’ve signed up you’ll be asked to fill in a few details so we can learn more about you.

Then we’ll add you to our coaching app, put you in our private Facebook group and get you started within 48 hours.
 

How many days a week will I have to train and how long is each session?
The Strength Squad program consists of 3 essential training sessions per week with the option to add two extra sessions per week should you wish to train more often. Each session will take 50-60 minutes.
