You need access to a barbell, some dumbbells, a bench and a squat rack to complete the BUILT STRONG program.
5. DB Row: 5 sets of 7-9 reps with 60-90 seconds rest between sets
6a. Plank: 2 sets of 60 seconds
6b. DB Single Arm Shrug: 2 sets of 12-15 reps
