Please remember to read the following before submitting your cancellation request. As stated in your Membership Agreement:
1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
2. Request for cancellation MUST be received at least 28 days in advance of your last or next contracted billing date (as appropriate).
3. As explained in your Membership Agreement request to cancel membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period (6 or 12 months) requires an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remainder your contract – a 28 day notice period still applies in this instance.
4. If you’re sure you want to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 28-day written cancellation notice as required by your Membership Agreement.
5. Once approved, your membership will be cancelled 28 days from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this 28-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
6. We will respond to all cancellation requests within 3 working days (excluding weekends).
