I’ve never lifted weights before, will I be able to do this?
Yes absolutely, it doesn’t matter if you can deadlift over 200kg or if you don’t know what a deadlift is – our coaching is customised to you and your current level of strength and fitness.

What happens after my 30-day trial?
It’s your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged Steel Habitat member or if you decide Steel Habitat isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
